Discussion on every issue as Recognition, Status & identity of SBCO, Role of SBCO in CBS of this association and construction role of this association under with NFPE federation leadership is highly supported by all delegates.
Recognition of this association confirmed by the Department with dismissal of Case of contempt of court filed  by the rival AISBCE union strengthened the hopes of the delegates for our survival. The order issued by the Department vide N0-16/75/2010-SR dtd. 27.07.2013 is handed over to all delegates.
Comrades its is time to  clear the anti democratic, anti staff activities of  Rival AISBCE union and money making business( near about 5 lakhs) of its leaders on the name of court issues. without any proposal or activities to save SBCO staff  from huge recoveries, punishment or to fight for confirming role of SBCO in CBS issues and such a critical situation. Though it is recognized AISBCE union has no any role in all India policy or in JCM, Govt level. Only the activities of this association are  only to misguide the members on recognition issue. But now the issue is over as our recognition is finalized by the Department in Highcourt with submitting 16.20 % membership over than 15 %. It is victory of all our members.this CHQ congrats all of you for this victory and passions of our comrades and faith with this CHQ.

Now get ready for achieving maximum membership  by submitting maximum membership in this April 2013.
