VERIFICATIONS OF SANCCHAY POST DATA BEFORE AND AFTER MIGRATION TO CBS

Proposed Strike from 11^th April, 2016 have been deferred but preparation will be going on for commencement of Indefinite Strike w.e.f. 11^th July,2016.

............... Taking into consideration the request of the Cabinet Secretary to give more time to Govt. to arrive at conclusions on the Charter of demands raised by Staff side and also the situation in the aftermath of the coming into effect the Election Code of Conduct NJCA meeting held on 7th March decided to defer the date of commencement of indefinite strike to 11th July 2016 and to serve strike notice on 9th June 2016.

Dear Comrades,

As you are aware that the retrograde & disappointing recommendations of 7th CPC has constrained us for struggles and in this chain we have successfully completed Ist Phase Programme as Black Day on 27.11.2015 with 2nd Phase as Three Days Dharna on 19 Jan, 20 Jan & 21 Jan 2016 observing with full participation of AIPSBCOEA in the aforesaid programmes successfully.

Recently NJCA met on 08.02.2016 at New Delhi and given following struggle programme in which AIPSBCOEA shall participate with full enthusiasm to make its grand success.

NJCA DECIDED INDEFINITE STRIKE
 FROM 11^th APRIL 2016

Meeting of the National Joint Council of Action (Railways, Defence, Postal, Confederation) held on 08^th February 2016 unanimously decided to serve indefinite strike notice on 11^th March 2016 and to commence indefinite strike from 11^th April 2016.
