          Sub: - Non filling up of the posts C in Punjab circle - Reg.

  

          It is brought to this union that no action was taken for filling up the posts of HSG II/ HSG I SBCO cadre in Punjab circle though there are sufficient senior officials fulfilled the conditions mandatory for such promotions.   

This union wishes to inform that almost all posts HSG II/ HSG I SBCO cadre in Punjab circle are lying vacant and this fact scrupulously pointed out by our Circle secretary during Bi monthly meeting.  But no tangible action has been seen till now.

 It is therefore requested to please cause issue suitable instructions for filling up the vacant posts early
