CADRE RESTRUCTURING PROPOSAL REPORT & AGREEMENT

Cadre Restructuring Proposal in its final stage.It will take some 
period for DoPT approval. We are in regular touch in this matter. 
Due to effective persuasion in JCM (DC) Meeting and PJCA strike 
demand talks with DG Posts & Higher Officers and with Minister 
of Communications, Cadre Restructuring as we demand is
 likely to emerge as reality shortly.Let us hope the best to happen.

Sub :- Restoration of Administrative Powers to A.O.ICO( SB) for the Control of SBCO in CBS –Role In Proposed Post Bank Of India, Deptt. Of Posts -regarding.

Respected Sir,

It is pointed out that As per Minutes of the Meeting held with All India Postal SBCO Employees Association on 27.th May 2014 at 15.00 Hrs. at Dak Bhavan with DDG’S & union staff side onn Item No- 14 It was agreed to restore the administrative powers to AOPICO(SB) as functions of SBCO are devised for auditing & accounting as per prescribed Procedures of SBCO working.

It was accepted and replied that the proposal will be referred to FS division for consideration and thus it is pending with DDG ( FS) since then.

Now while deciding the Role of SBCO in CBS at Chennai Workshop Dtd. 22/23rd April 2015, it is again accepted as SBCO has entrusted to keep check over Office Accounts in CBS/ Finacle functions and thus it has more responsibility job to keep watch on Office/ accounts with Check. It needs to keep SBCO staff beyond the control of Local operative Authorities as Sr.Postmasters/ Postmasters &  SSPO”s/SPO’s etc. but its control must be in the technical Authority as Accounts Officers ICO’s at regional Level for proper controlling & audining.

So it is proposed to Restore the administrative powers to AOICO  as discussed in  and accepted in the Meeting Held at Dak Bhavan on 27^th May 2014 & in the Workshop arranged to decide the Role of SBCO In CBS at Chennai dtd- 22& 23 April

 2015.
