Cadre Restructuring of SBCO Staff

Dear Comrades,

            The Department vide Commn. No. 25-04/2012-PE-I dt. 27.05.16 has issued orders for Cadre Restructuring of Group 'C' Postal Side Employees for PA (Post Offices) Cadre only excluding other cadres (SA, RMS; PA, CO; PA, SBCO; Postman; Mail Guards; Mailman; MTS; MMS; Postal Accounts) which is clear cut violation of agreement executed between official & staff side on 28.04.2014 under Chairmanship of Shri V.P. Singh, the then DDG (Personnel).  The para 3(e) of the agreement is as under which has been violated by the Department causing resentment in the all excluded cadre.

            "Cadre ratio as per the agreed position mentioned at (a) to (d) above, will be worked out and the ratio so worked out will be replicated to the SA Cadre of RMS, PA Cadre of CO as well as to the PA Cadre of SBCO."

            The General Secretary AIPSBCOEA taken a serious note to this violation and persued the issue with NFPE for redressal and accordingly Shri R.N. Parashar, S/G NFPE vide his letter dt. 03.06.2016 has taken up the matter with Secretary (Posts) for immediate intervention to issue order to left out cadres according to the agreement.
