Sub :- To stop utilization of SBCO staff on Deputation to S./O’s neglecting its own work
Respected Madam,
It is pointed out that SBCO staff is utilized for CBS work on deputation to S.O.s for reconciliation of Balances with V2SBCO balances. It is violation of provisions and SBCO’s Procedure .( By PMG GOA with Reference work by Karnataka Circle)
Balances in SBCO’s are agreed up to 31.3.2011 (SB/PPF/NSS)& 31.12.2010(TD & othes) only. Further work is lacking behind in SBCO due to non submission of returns to SBCO’s inspite of several instructions from DTE. Negligence of authorities towards SBCO work which is maintained by SBCO staff with acute shortage & heavy work. Though the timely submission of agreed balances to S.O’s by SBCO in all circles to S.O’s ,They are failed to reconcile and compare data with V2SBCO balances till this date.
It is necessary to maintain SBCO work uptodate for CBS/Core banking. keeping its own work lacking behind. SBCO staff is utilized for Reconciliation of balances of previous periods up to which SBCO balances are ready in V2SBCO of 5/6 months behind it is wastage of time and man power and wastage of funds. Also it is reflected that the reports up to this date by the Local heads about completion of work up to which SBCO’s has submitted lists of balances to SBCO’s time to time to S.O’s up to 31.3.2011 is false. To work after bulk returns to SBCO is also creating problems in SBCO. No any assistance is provide to SBCO to complete its work.
Now It is necessary to keep all work uptodate in SBCO. Without following basic things to submit returns to SBCO’s and keeping it dump utilization of SBCO staff on deputation to reconcile old work is wastage. The utilization of SBCO staff is wastage of money. Man power and delay in preparing data ready for CBS. Work which is done by SBCO till this date is again have to perform by deputing them to S.O.’s which is not performed by S,O’s even after due submission by SBCO’s timely.
You are requested to stop the utilization of SBCO staff on deputation to S.O’s which is violation SBCO procedure and hurdle for maintaining SBCO work in V2SBCO to agreed with Sanchay post up to 31.12.2011 &31.3.2012 which is due. To reach up to target of CBS at least V2SBCO balances must be ready.
In south circles. Maharastra(Goa), Kerala, Karnataka,Tamilnadu this practice is adopted by PMG’s. it is necessary to stop and instruction may be issued to follw basic duty to submit day to day returns to SBCO to keep V2SBCO balances uptodate for CBS and conciliation of balances can be done as present provisions no need to divert this work it will create problems and time consuming and wastage of time, funds, man power.
Immediate action is requested to stop this utilization of SBCO staff on deputation by avoiding its own work.

Respected Madam/Sir,
It is pointed out that SBCO staff is utilized for CBS work on deputation to S.O.s for reconciliation of Balances with V2SBCO balances. It is violation of provisions and SBCO’s Procedure to utilize SBCO staff to work at S.O.’ (By PMG GOA( Maharashtra) with Reference work by Karnataka Circle-by using D.B.Analyser software)
Balances in SBCO’s are agreed up to 31.3.2011 (SB/PPF/NSS)& 31.12.2010(TD & others) only(except RD). Further work is lacking behind in SBCO due to non submission of returns to SBCO’s in spite of several instructions from DTE. Negligence of authorities towards SBCO work which is maintained by SBCO staff with acute shortage & heavy work as authenticated data/balances. Though the timely submission of agreed balances to S.O’s by SBCO in all circles to S.O’s ,They are failed to reconcile and compare data with V2SBCO balances till this date it is observed in visits to S.O.’s
It is necessary to maintain SBCO work up to date for CBS/Core banking. keeping its own work lacking behind SBCO staff is utilized for Reconciliation of balances of previous periods up to which SBCO balances are ready in V2SBCO of 5/6 months behind it is wastage of time and man power and wastage of funds. Also it is reflected that the reports up to this date by the Local heads about completion of work up to which SBCO’s has submitted lists of balances to SBCO’s time to time to S.O’s up to 31.3.2011 is false. i.e SBCO has to perform the work which has completed by SBCO periodically and submitted periodical balances lists to S.O’s.
More over Core teams consisting of PA at S.O./ SBCO official under guidance of System administrator prepared by Divisional heads. In which it is made clear that PA S.O. will perform his normal duties and assist to SBCO official at S.O. which is not possible as PA SO is busy with counter business all the time. It means all responsibility lies over SBCO official to reconcile balances to correct them. It is clear in this case that SBCO staff compelled for S.O. operative work. But normal / routine duties of SBCO at H.O. are neglected. SBCO routine work is lacking behind and to reconcile with previous-
balances by keeping current work pending. It will create problems for submission/completion of Interest statements and annual lists of balances as Dec.11 is
to complete soon and 31st march is approaching. To work after bulk returns of 5/6 moths in Jan/Feb 12 to SBCO is also creating problems in SBCO. No any assistance is provide to SBCO to complete its work but it is compelled to finish it in due time without considering work load/staff shortage etc. It proves negligence towards SBCO’s own work at the same time non attendance of periodical statements by S.O.’s staff for reconcile the balances with SBCO’s lists by SP/SSPO’s/PMG’s which is serious matter.
Now It is necessary to keep all work up to date in SBCO as authenticated data. Without following basic things to submit returns to SBCO’s and keeping it dump utilization of SBCO staff on deputation to reconcile old work is wastage. The utilization of SBCO staff is wastage of money. Man power and delay in preparing data ready for CBS. Work which is done by SBCO till this date is again have to perform by deputing them to S.O.’s which is not performed by S,O’s even after due submission by SBCO’s timely.
You are requested to stop the utilization of SBCO staff on deputation to S.O’s which is violation SBCO procedure and hurdle for maintaining SBCO work in V2SBCO to agreed with Sanchay post up to 31.12.2011 &31.3.2012 which is due. To reach up to target of CBS at least V2SBCO balances must be ready.
It is necessary to find out proper remedy to transfer authenticated data to private vendors with proper solutions without misusing available man power with involvement of experts from SB &SBCO. If authority is interested for proper remedy this association ready to discuss for it.
But now it is the clear cut violation of provisions as up to date data of S.O.’s is to be authenticated by SBCO as agreement procedures. Sending SBCO to S.O’s is violation of SBCO control provisions.
Immediate action is requested to stop this utilization of SBCO staff on deputation by avoiding its own work.
