INFORMATION REGARDING 5th AIC
Dear Comrades,
It is our great pleasure to
apprise to all of you that the 5th All
India Conference of AIPSBCOEA is proposed to be scheduled at Haridwar (Uttarakhand) on 5th and 6th July, 2019. All C.H.Q. office bearers, Circle Secretaries
alongwith their office bearers, members of the Association and leaders/guests
are requested to book their tickets in advance to avoid any hardships/inconvenience for comfortable journey.
The full details of the Conference through posters and handbills will be
supplied later on by the CHQ in due course.
Presently, I am in Delhi for some
important affairs of the Association.

Dear Comrades,
The All India Postal SBCO Employees Association
(affiliated with NFPE) always believes
in struggles and truth from its origin. It is well known that struggles for truth face
many tough tests upto achieve the aim. It is learnt that during the period from
verification of membership 2010 to till todays the AIPSBCOEA have been
constrained thrice to prove our membership to maintain recognition for trade
union facilities because of imaginary
proposal introduced by the rival union on flimsy grounds and debarred us to
work as unionist for welfare SBCO cadre.
Now the AIPSBCOEA got succeeded to get its
recognition vide Directorate No. 16/75/2010-SR Dt. 25th April 2019 which is
produced below :-
Comrades as you knew that the publication of result
for verification of membership 2015 is pending with Department. AIPSBCOEA has already filed case before
Honourable Madras and Honourable Calcutta High Courts for publication of result
to verification of membership 2015. It
is our privilege that both the Honourable High Courts have issued directions to
the Department for publication of result in respect of verification of
membership 2015.
Accordingly you may adjudge the actual unionist -
AIPSBCOEA who always stood up for welfare of SBCO cadre through struggle culminating
with strike.
So all of you are requested to enroll your membership with
AIPSBCOEA to safeguard the identity of SBCO cadre.

5th Circle Conference of AIPSBCOEA, W.B. Circle graced at Kolkata G.P.O. on 10th March 2019
The
Circle Conference of AIPSBCOEA, W.B. Circle was held at Kolkata G.P.O.,
Auditorium Hall on 10th March 2019 under the Presidentship of Com.
Arindum Chakraborty, Circle President.
The
flag hoisting ceremony was observed by Com. Janardan Majumdar, Dy. G/S
P-III (CHQ) and Com. Arindum Chakraborty, Circle President (AIPSBCOEA)
for NFPE and AIPSBCOEA respectively. The Honourable house paid
respectful homage in the memory of beloved Trade Unions leader, high
dignities of the Nation, Soldiers and other martyrs for peace of the
departed souls.
The
Conference was inaugurated by Com. Janardan Majumdar, Dy. G/S P-III
(CHQ). In his inaugural speech Com. Majumdar sketched a map of present
scenario including the neoliberal policies of NDA led Central Govt. and
grievances faced by Central Govt. employees. He further discussed the
problems of the SBCO staff who are in much trouble in these days facing
the shortage of hands are compelled to perform more & more extra
work in technical era without sufficient infrastructures. The all NFPE
leaders of the Circle namely Com. Navendu Shekhar Chakraborty C/S R-III,
Com. Saurabh Das C/S Adm, Com. Sanatan Das C/S P-IV, Com. Annwesh
Biswas C/S P-III, Com. Subhash Chakraborty AGS P-IV (CHQ), Com. Tapan
Bhaumick C/S GDS, Com. Gautam Kundagrami G/S P/T Casual Union were
graced the conference. Com. Arindum Chakraborty, Com. Sanjeev Barua and
Com. Govind Jana were unanimously elected as President, Circle
Secretary and Treasurer with taken oath to strengthen the AIPSBCOEA and
save the Department of Posts.

Central Working Committee Meeting of AIPSBCOEA held on 3rd March, 2019 at M.P. Club, North Avenue, New Delhi.
The CWC held under the Presidentship of Com. S.S. Sathe, President (CHQ) was inaugurated by Com. Giri Raj Singh, President NFPE & General Secretary R-III. In his inaugural speech Com. Giri Raj Singh invited attention of house towards present scenario of the Department and opposed Corporatisation move for implementation of T.R. Subramaniam Committee recommendations to bifurcate the Department into Companies. He appealed to be in continuous agitation to safe our identity simultaneously to Department as Central Govt. Organisation with blessing for success of C.W.C.
The General Secretary AIPAEA Com. S.B. Yadav has delivered the words that the present Central Govt. is not in mood to fill up the about 24 lakhs vacant posts in organisations of Central Govt. Department resultantly an employee is shouldering 3 or 4 times work under pressure which causes deterioration of his health. He appealed to grace the agitational programmes strongly called by NFPE, CCGE&W, NCCPA and AIPSBCOEA.
Com. Chaudhary Anil Kumar, Circle President P-IV, U.P. Circle, Com. S.D. Asthana, President AIPRPA, Lucknow and Com. G.P. Dubey, Ex. Circle Secretary Admn. Union, U.P. Circle were also present on dias to grace the C.W.C.
Com. Virendra Tewary, General Secretary AIPSBCOEA got passed resolution through house to endorse an agitational phasewise programmes for settlement of sectional issues of SBCO cadre which are pending since long.

STRIKE
Dear Comrades,
On behalf of AIPSBCOEA, I would like to flow a lot of
thanks and revolutionary greetings to all of you who participated in two (02)
days Nationwide Strike observed on 8th & 9th Jan. 2019 on call of Central
Trade Unions, Confederation of Central Govt. Employees and Workers in
co-ordination with PJCA/NFPE for our long pending genuine demands.
Our unity & remarkable embarking have constrained
to the Govt. and Department of Posts to open their ear & eyes for the
positive consideration upon our long pending genuine demands.
If the Govt. & Department of Posts shall still
observe mum on our genuine demands, we will have no alternate to go on
indefinite strike.
The AIPSBCOEA is only an unique organisation of SBCO
cadre have the faith in struggle for welfare of our cadre and shall be
continued. This two days Nationwide
strike observed by AIPSBCOEA shall definitey uplift the SBCO cadre.

Bhawan, remained inconclusive, PJCA is firm on going for 02 Days Nation wide
Strike i.e on 8th & 9th January 2019.

NATIONWIDE STRIKE 8-9 Jan., 2019
Dear Comrades,
It is to inform that the Department, vide it's letter
dated 4th January 2019 has issued reply on all items (23 points Charter of
Demands of PJCA) showing the present status there which are totally misleading
and false specially for item No. 20 of the demands related to grant of
"Status of Audit to SBCO".
It would be quite relevant to mention here that the agenda
of item No. 20 "Status of Audit to SBCO" was already in the Charter
of Demands of NFPE on which series of agitational programmes, culminating in
five 05 days Relay Dharna at Delhi from 12th Feb. to 16th February 2018 were
observed. The negotiations with Department including General Secretaries
of affiliated unions with NFPE were held on 7th Feb. 2018 prior to 05 days
relay Dharna.
The AIPSBCOEA in its Sectional 24 points Charter of Demands
submitted to the Department on 21.09.2016 has also included "Status of
Audit to SBCO" at Sl. No. 07 & 08 of the Charter of Demands, on which
three (03) phased agitational programmes were observed and then the
negotiations with Department and staff representatives (S/G, NFPE, President
NFPE and G/S AIPSBCOEA) was held on 1st March, 2017. In this way, it is
said that all materials regarding our genuine demand "Status of Audit to
SBCO" are available with the Department.
Thus the status / reply issued by the Department against the
Item No. 20 is misleading and false one.

04 issued by AIPSBCOEA dt. 10.05.17 and 01.12.17 respectively.
NO PLACE FOR CONFUSION.
